Anita Yei Quee Kanneh is the leadership force behind Elite Ducor Group of Companies (EDGOC), bringing 15+ years of hands-on delivery as an IT Project Manager and Task Lead across complex IT infrastructure, operations & maintenance (O&M), data migration, and Salesforce programs using Agile, Scrum/SAFe, and Waterfall to drive results on time and within budget.
Most recently, she has supported the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by leading a cross-functional team delivering Salesforce administration, security, DevOps release management, help desk support, and O&M infrastructure coordination, strengthening platform integrity, stakeholder alignment, and operational performance. She is known for practical execution, improving support responsiveness (25% faster response times) and delivering multi-phase data migrations to Salesforce with accuracy and minimal downtime.
Anita’s background also includes leading global teams in the maritime sector, helping develop and support enterprise CRM capabilities for the Liberian International Ship and Corporate Registry (LISCR) and business-related services across multiple countries. This experience shapes EDGOC’s “mission-first, compliance-first” approach to technology and operations.
She holds an MSC in International Transportation Management from SUNY Maritime College, a Post Graduate certificate in Procurement and Contract Management from University of Virginia (UVA), Active PMP Certificate, Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), and SAFe® 6.0 Scrum Master credentials, making her a strong partner for clients who need disciplined delivery, clean governance, and dependable outcomes.
